Corillian Training offers regularly scheduled, instructor lead-training across technical, project management, and sales disciplines at our world headquarters in Oregon.
Support - Corillian is intensely aware of the business critical nature of the financial solutions installed by our partners. We therefore deliver a wide variety of technical and sales support options. Our partners have access to Corillian support resources 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via phone, e-mail, Internet, and on-site visits. Partners have the flexibility to provide direct customer support to their financial institution customers or have Corillian manage direct customer support through annual service agreements. Corillian's consulting, professional services, quality assurance, business development, and field sales organizations are dedicated to delivering the support partners need to consistently deliver 100% satisfaction to their financial institution customers.
Account Management - Ensuring the development of a partner's investment in Corillian is the role of the Corillian Partner Development Manager. Each partner is assigned a manager experienced in financial services, information technology, and sales and marketing. Through regular communication, proactive business planning, and on-site visits, Corillian Partner Development Managers coordinate and facilitate the success of a partner's Corillian business.
Co-Marketing - Corillian's award winning Voyager Internet banking platform - and continued presence in press and trade publications worldwide - provide for unique pass-through branding and synergistic marketing opportunities with appropriate partners. Corillian's co-marketing strategy focuses primarily on the benefits and value our Strategic and Alliance partners deliver to Corillian financial services customers.
